Please be aware that customized, personalized and/or decorated garments cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a defect with the product. Our products are custom made to order, as such, returns or exchanges are generally not possible. Contact Ace Sportswear customer service via email at customerservice@acesportswear.net to inquire about returning ordered items. Ace Sportswear takes great care to maintain accurate online sizing charts for each item we sell. Please carefully check your ordering information before completing your online order. No Refunds or Exchanges will be accepted if more than 30 days after delivery of the merchandise. Ace Sportswear will handle return/exchange requests on a case by case basis.
